Default Best way to lose body fat??

Hey everyone, i need some insight on the best way to lose a little more body fat. I made weight and everything, passed the phyiscal, but when i go nest spring/summer i want to be in tip top shape and not have any extra weight to carry since its gonna be hot as **** at Benning. I have been eating right and running 3-4 days a week with a recruiter, and just cant seem to lose anymore. Anyways if anyone has any suggestions then that would help tremendously. Thanks and hope to hear from you guys soon.

It could possibley be because of gaining muscle that you are not loosing any weight. If that is the case, and you went over weight standard, my guess is that a tape test would show that your body fat percent is within regulation. Weight is not a problem, its the body fat percent you need to be within standard. I would personally continue running and do sit-ups along with push-ups. If you are just doing a few at a time all day long, i'd take off a day or two a week from it to let my muscles heal. If you are doing them to muscle failure you need to give your muscles every other day off. Or if you want to work other excersises into your routine, do lower body one day, upper the next. You gain muscle from working them, tearing them, and then they heal up and that is when you are gaining muscle.

Yup, keep doing what you are doing. Sooner or later all those muscles you are building will turn into a fat burning furnace.

stop eating fast food , no more soda, and everyday in the morning have a big bowl of oatmeal. and at luch i ate vegetarian . then dinner time no later than 6pm but i ate anything i wanted then which for me was salad and lite meat. and a big cup of coffee with my oat meal. this and a steady excercise plan helped my lose from 225 down to 175 in 9 months. you can do it!
