I do not have a U.S. drivers license and my credit is bad. I am a citizen and i did graduate H.S.

You may need a driver's license for certain MOS. Bad credit might disqualify you from certain MOS that require a security clearance. There are still a lot of MOS that you can get without either one of the above.

what is MOS and where can i go to look at which ones will not require either?

MOS is a Military Occupational Specialty or the job you will be doing with the Guard once you join. The best way to find out what you qualify for is to contact your local recruiter and begin the qualification process.
