1. How often do you get to drink water in the ARNG? Do you get to drink immediately after morning PT?
2. My knees pop a LOT (I'm 30 years old). No pain, it just sounds loud. Is this a problem that someone will object to?
Thanks.

I have these same questions. Besides I am only 19 and my knees hurt a lot from riding bikes and riding motocross but they do pop a lot as well. But yes what about the water breaks and bathroom?![]()
Why are you worried about water? I have never heard of such a question, but to answer it you take a canteen of water with you to PT, and the drill will let you drink maybe once or twice during PT, running of course no you wont have it but after you are done running you can drink, This is the army they force you to drink water all the time. and for the knees popping i think most everyone has that, but if it doesnt hurt does it really matter? nope not at all
I'm not worried, just getting excited and can't think of anything else to ask. Thanks!
