Default Locating the Chart for PT

I was reading a few posts that mentioned they looked at a chart that would tell them how many situps and pushups to do. However, I cannot locate it. can someone post the url to this so I can take a look at it? If it's not online could you post the results for my age and weight please?

    I am 31, little under 200, 5'7.

    Thanks

Thanks Samber for the information. Just to be sure is this the req. for entering the National Guard or just what you need to do in order to graduate Basic?

Actually disregard that post. I reread the page you sent me and it says enlistment requirements. So I'll take it as that. Thank you

I'm not sure for your age but before you ship to basic you will have to do about 13 Push-ups, 17 Sit-ups, and a 1-mile in 8:30.

    Default requirements

I believe, correct me if i'm wrong, that these are the requirements to pass a pt test and these tests are given DURING (not so much at the beginning but more towards the end) bct and once a year there after. There is also a link from the home page of goguard.com that states the pt standards. Thats just to pass, of course we all want to do better then that. So during all physical training/tests i'd assume one would want to give their all until muscle failure. Is a 50 passing, 60 to strive for? I've seen both numbers highlited in the standards requirements.

Great question! I've seen the "what you need to START BCT" numbers, and the PT charts- I THOUGHT 50 was passing, but then got confused with the 60- something about AIT? You need 60 to go to AIT? 60 during/to pass AIT? they do tend to highlight both sets of numbers. Oh, yeah, and the 90 you need to get in all 3 events to get the PT award. Inquiring minds want to know!

When it comes to the PT test there are three phases an NPS applicant goes through. First is the enlistment (this are the numbers SFC Collins mentioned). Both the second and third phase use the chart mentioned by Samber.

The second phase requires that you score a minimum of 50 on each event in order to graduate from BCT. The third phase requires that you score a minimum of 60 on each event in order to graduate from AIT. After graduation from AIT, an APFT is required as a minimum every year and you must score a minimum of 60 on each event to pass it.
