    Exclamation DON't BAG yourself

DO NOT bag yourself and run, yes you are only doing it for two days but if you can avoid it don't do it. IF YOU MUST, then wear a working heart monitor, as well as run with a buddy who is not bagged. Master Sergant told me a story about a recruit that bagged himself and didn't have a buddy. Problem was he was younger 20's, only needed to lose 5-10 lbs like yourself, but had a heart-attack from heart-exhaustion. Run with a buddy, drink lots of water, wear a heart monitor, and have a quick way to cut your suit open if you are ready to pass out. Good luck losing the weight, do it the safe way.

Correct, you get taped if you are overweight.

The take a tape measure, check your neck size and abdominal size and then using a program calcuate your body fat. If necessary they can use other measurements.
