i was wondering if my doctor found pre-cancerous cells would i still be able to join the guard ?

Any questions regarding cancer or pre-cancerous sells can only be answered by MEPS. You need to get all of your medical documentation and bring them to a recruiter. They will send them to MEPS so the doctors can pre-evaluate them to determine if you can take the physical. Its the only way to know if you are qualified or not.
