Don't eat alot of candy bars or sweets. NO SODA! Soda is very bad very very bad. Also drink a glass or two of milk a day and close to gallon of water. Eat your breakfast always and dinner. I don't eat lunch somtimes. I eat an apple for breakfast and a roll or something if I eat lunch it's always a apple. I drink water and power aid (WATER ALL DAY LONG)and a cup of milk every night.
Don't it something wtih a lot of carbs in it! Try not to eat pass 7:00
