Can I join?

My name is Brian from MA and I would like to see if I am eligible to join the Army National Guard. I am 33 years old, prior service Army. I served two years as a military Police Officer. I was discharged honorably however I had failed a PT test and was discharged for that. My RE code is 3, LHJ. I am interested in possibly joining the Guard, but I just wanted to make sure that was eligible. Thank you for your assistance.

If PT is the only thing you were discharged for then yes you can enlist in to the ARNG with a waiver approved by your state. Plus you must pass a PT test.
