I found a whole thing on the new tape test and I just thought I'd post it here. I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for or not but it helped me. It's kind of hard to understand at first but after a while you'll get it. Basically all you do is measure your neck below your adam's apple, your natural waist line which is the smallest part of your abdomen, and your hips which is around the largest part of your butt. You add the 2nd and 3rd measurements and subtract your neck measurement. Figure out what you're height in inches is if you're 5'7'' then do 5.7*12=68. There are charts at the link that you find your height across the top and your circumfrence measurement on the left side. Be sure to look at the bottom of the charts to make sure you're reading the right one. There are a bunch of different ones for males and females just to make sure they got every body type in there. The MAXIMUM allowable percent body fat (the number you'll find on the chart) standards are as follows:
Ages 17-20
Male (%body fat): 20%
Feamle (%body fat): 30%
Ages 21-27
Male (%body fat): 22%
Females (%body fat): 32%
Ages: 28-39
Male (%body fat):24%
Female (%body fat):34%
Ages: 40 & older
Male (%body fat):26%
Female (%body fat): 36%
Page 4 starts off with a chart showing the maximum and minimum body weights for males and females of every height. If you don't fall within thoes standards or you are determined to have a questionable amount of body fat you'll be subjected to the tape test.
***I'm a newbie I just happened to find the info so please please correct me if I'm wrong.***
