Default Looking For Work Out Charts? I've got some.

In case you are, you're in luck. I happen to work at a gym which of course has personal trainers, this means I've got access to a few different blank charts. I can post them if you'd like thanks to my handy scanner. One is cardio specific: columns on this page include date, equipment, time, calories, mets, and watts. Another one I have is great if you use any type of weights or even to track sit ups and push ups. Charts like these are an awesome way to track progress! Let me know if you're interested.
    Good Luck!

This one is Cardio specific but you can white out the headings if you want to change them and make them whatever you want.

This one is more for using weight machines or free weights but you can also use it for anything you'd be doing multiple reps on like sit ups or push ups. It also has a section across the bottom for arobic conditioning so maybe you could put how long your mile run is for that day or something along thoes lines.

I'm just throwin out a few ideas here but you can use them for whatever you see fit. Hopefully I'll be making some of my own in an attempt to maybe only have one chart for each day instead of a couple different ones for x amount of days. I'm gonna test these out for a while but we'll see where it goes. I'm also looking into finding or making a chart to keep track of caloric intake and all of that good stuff. I know I've got some somewhere from doing the National Body Challenge (discovery health) earlier in the year but I'll have to look for them. If I find them I'll post them in here when I get a chance. Good Luck!
