How long do I have to serve if I use the STRAP program to get through nursing school? I have between 2-3 years left before I have a BSN. Could I start off right away with the $1300/mo assistance, even though I have 2-3 years left before I graduate?

Any AMEDD incentive is very complicated, and there are other mitigating factors. I could easily give a misleading answer, so this forum is not the best place to get information. Call 1800-Go-Guard, and speak to your state's AMEDD Strength Manager, or Officer Strength Manager.
