Missing Pay

My daughter just finished basic and is now starting her training. She has had problems with her pay. Prior to basic, she filled out the paperwork for direct deposit. For the first two pay periods, she received the LES in the mail, but no checks were deposited in her account. For the next three pay periods, she received the checks at home. The problem is that she never received the first two checks. Her recruiter has had a couple of people call me to help with this, but so far no one has been able to find out what happened to the two checks. Who can we go to for help with this? Thank you!

Your recruiter needs to stay on top of this. Keep asking about and keep it fresh in his mind. Your daughter WILL get paid, but if there was an error in the routing number or it was not submitted in time, it may take some time to get everything corrected. Keep after the recruiter. He will make sure it gets fixed.
