    Default excessive

    i was wondering i workout excessively and i still struggle with bulimia i wanted to know if there was a weigh range that you are required to be? if so what would that be if you are between 5'2-5'5?

    You might want to consider getting a physical done with all the workups to give you a state of health, by being excessive, while losing a lot of your nutrition you may be doing a lot more harm than you think.

    Getting with a nutritionist is always a good thing to help you ensure you are eating right, as well a support group to strive to beat the bulimia. You might find that a balanced diet that is broken up into several small light meals a day will help both with metabolism, nutrition, and perhaps the other issue. You would never really have enough food in your system to warrant evacuation (I would think). As always water, water, and you guessed it milk or real fruit juice
