Accession bonus: newly commissioned officers; service obligation of six years of drilling; hose who had ROTC scholarships are not eligible; payable upon completion of OBC/BOLC-III and award of the AOC.
Affiliation bonus: officers from active duty; obligation of 36 months of drilling.
The officer's AOC must be on the bonus list (all of them are except JAG).
AMEDD officers are not eligible for this, since they have their own existing incentives.
