Waiver denied.

So i was trying to join and had to get a waiver for a sever allergic reaction to cat scratch. now i had no medical document proving or disproving this i just went with what i was told by a doctor. (doctor retired was unable to obtain orginal records). any ways i get a waiver and it was denied. was told bye bye good luck. So i then went to an allergist and turns out im not allergic to cats it was a medicine that would trigger the reaction and i now have medical documents saying that im allergic to this medacine and not cats. question is can i get reevaluated or anything? or cna i try to get into anouther branch of the service?

Medical evaluations are made on the current conditions at the time. Obviously if your medical situation changes, then your evaluation will change as well. This is true whether your conditions worsen or improve. If you have a significant change to your situation (which it appears that you do), then by all means talk to your Recruiter about this.

I have a question about credit history as far as being a military police officer. I have a credit issue on my report due to back payments to the IRS. I am currently in an agreement with them and I am paying them back but they put it on my credit anyway.. How does the affect me joining the guard and how does it affect me becoming a MP?

It won't prevent you from joining the Guard but it may present problems getting your security clearance and in turn disqualify you from joining as an MP. Check with your local recruiter so he can give you detailed information from your state's J-2 Section about credit issues in the process of being resolved.

thanks for the information. I spoke to a recruiter and he said it should not be a problem to be an MP only if I wanted a MOS that had a security clearance. I just wanted a second opinion. Just trying to make sure I know what I am up against.

The problem with that is MP requires a security clearance. He may have misspoke himself by saying MP shouldn't be a problem. It is one of the MOS's that require clearance.

Read AR 380-67 which covers security clearances. If your underpayment of taxes was not intentional, you may be ok with the security clearance.
