giving a holiday for a out of state/country active duty soldier

can any one tell me the best way to make contact to a local baqse in AZ. to give a soldier a good holiday meal and day of football who cannot get leave and is stuck on base?

call information or google a base in your area get the number call in the morning, and ask just what you said you like to give the soldiers a catered meal and ask maybe if you can provide food possible at there upcoming Holiday Party, in December.
