    Default My problems

    I have mild scoliosis, can I still join? With it or afterwards or in the process of wearing a brace (if i ever get one)?

    Also, most people on here need help loosing weight. Thats not my problem, I need to gain. At 6'1 I'm barely 130 pounds. Anyway to gain my weight? I have high metabolism and I seriously can't gain weight after eatting more than a cow can.

    Your problem with scoliosis will have to be addressed by a recruiter or one of the doctors at the MEPS. As for the weight gaining problem it would behoove you to start taking protein shakes and working out on a regular basis. I have the same problem and you will lose weight at first but then you start putting it on.

    A grab a bag of chips and some dip and a couple of sodas maybe a big juciy hambuger or steak! Sit down watch tv for a couple of days and do it over and trust me you will gain a pound or 100

    Well, lets not clog his arteries Chris, haha. There are plenty of healthy ways to gain weight. Maybe you could have a high protein diet with some carbohydrates along with persistent weight lifting. Most high protein sources contain a lot of cholesterol which you can counter with certain good carbohydrate foods such as oatmeal or wheat bread. This will enable you to gain weight and make you healthier at a steady rate and not put your body in harms way at the same time.
