IRR to Mobilzed to Guard?

I was called up from the IRR and am currently serving in OEF. I understand the Guard is offering an "Officer Affiliation Bonus". Can you tell me how that works and whether I might be eligible. When I return back to VA I've given considering to joining either the Guard or Reserves and want to know what some of the various incentives might be for an Officer coming into the Guard. I'm a CPT with 12 years of service.
