Will the guard reinburse me for classes i paid for out of pocket?

the question is in the title. I'm leaving for May 15 for basic and ait. I won't get back until after my fall school semester starts. As an alternative i'm planning on taking one or two late starting classes at a state community college. I might not qualify for financial aid since I will be taking just a few classes.

No, not that I am aware of. When you return you should be able to utilize Tuition Assistance through GoArmyEd but I have never heard of them reimbursing you for classes you chose to pay for yourself.

Why wouldn't you apply for FTA before the classes start?

You can just get the federal TA for the classes, don't pay for them out of pocket.
