I completed the online test, and want to do the field part for possible pay grade advancement. I talked to the RSP cadre and they told me to contact my recruiter, and my recruiter told me he thought I did that at RSP. He's trying to get information but I know he's a busy Sgt. so I was hoping to get an answer here and take control of getting it done myself.

I thought stripes for skills was just the test part, and then a full 222 pt test? Just have your cadre administer the full test instead of the 1-1-1 at your next drill. You will just run it with the AIT people
