Can I join SMP during Junior year spring semester?

Here is how it is going to go, I am 27D and will be going to BCT/AIT in July. I will be missing the fall since i will be in BCT/AIT. But i will return and enroll back into school in January for the spring semester. Though it says that in the beginning of my Junior year (fall), can I still enroll in SMP for the spring semester? or do I have to wait till fall and miss two semesters?
