basic training monthly pay

I'm just trying to find a link or someone that knows how much I will be making per month while I'm in basic and AIT. Only reason I ask is because I have to send money home to help pay bills and whatnot, so any info would be great

i didnt know tat you make a certain amount of money during basic i think tat you just get one full amount and you get to buy things with so much of tat money during basic. *i dont know from any experience but my best friend went to basic through the army reserves and she didnt say anything about certain pay* so i hope tat i helped you some

You do get a monthly pay check while you're at basic training and AIT. The amount depends on your rank. As an E-1, you will get a base pay of around $1,200 as an E-2 you'd get around $1,400 per month.

how exactly can we get bumped up in rank??Is it true that we can be moved up in rank by recruiting somebody to our recruiters???
