When i first talked to my recuriter i weighted almost 250. I am now at 215 3 months later. All I did was run about 3-4 days a week for about an hour each time. I also drank water and ate salads and frutis and veggies. You have to get use to running anyways might as well get started.
water... lots of water... I mean a gallon per day every day and you will feel better and lose a lot of weight because it knocks out your 'hunger drive', which for most people is thirst and not hunger anyway.
my husband limited himself to one soda a day and eats cherios for 2 meals a day 4 or 5 days a week and he has so far los 10lbs in about 10 days!
That's a diet that I have to try... with me I'm just hiring a trainer and going to the gym.... I go meet up with the lady from the gym tomorrow... (With me they're offering a military discount from $59.99 down to $39.00 dollars)... Is that a route you might want to go?

Try the cabbage soup diet. You can find it on the internet with a google search. My wife and my office partner lost 7 pounds in 7 days. You have to take a break after a week, but I think it tells you what to do between. I hope this helps.
