I signed into the https://minuteman.ngb.army.mil/benefits website to start the TA process. After loging into the website via my personal computer and a CAC card reader I lost all access to the website (unable to connect error). I have tried contact my State Education Counselor regarding the error but they have not returned my call (I called on Monday and Wednesday). Any ideas as to the error and how to fix it? Or even a more direct line then the general State Education Counselor # (904-823-0417)?
