Chaplain Assistant?

All:

I'm interested in the Chaplain Assistant MOS. Can anyone give me some info about it?

I have a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies, so I'm hoping that degree may sub for the formal school if I go the Try-1 route (I'd need an MDiv for full Chaplain, and I'm not interested in that route anyway).

I know one or two Chaplain Assistants. The job seem to be more of a basic training body guard thing. You do help set up Masses, and handout things but your primary job is to be a shield for the Chaplain. You'll learn his job however, but again its bascially a glorified infantrymen.
