I have someone who's interested in going into the Guard as an Officer through OCS. She has a BA in Criminal Justice. She's not a U.S. citizen though. What are the specifics of being eligible to attend OCS and commission that way?

If she's on her path to citizenship, she may be able to convince the State chain of command to send her to OCS. She can't commission without citizenship, however.
