Service and ROTC

some questions here, i thought about doing ROTC while in college, is it possible?

1st question: Is it possible to join ROTC when already signed up in military service.

2nd question: If you Finish ROTC while in military service, do you rank up to 2nd LT when your done?

Speak to your ROTC cadre about a Dedicated ARNG scholarship.
