Question Bet you can't answer this

I am currently in phase II of state OCS. I have been administratively promoted to E6 for the duration of the program. My full time job is an ADSW type job (code 124 actually), where I work on orders as a guard member. I wear "OCS" as rank during my daily job outside of OCS. I was an E4 prior to entering OCS. The question(s) is this:

    (1) Is it appropriate for me to wear "OCS" as rank at my job outside of OCS? If not, then what would I wear? Remember my LES says E6 with 13 years.

    (2) As I have been promoted to a higher pay grade, does this mean that I can function within the duties of that grade?

    (3) Would it be appropriate for my to have an E5 subordinate to me or have me subordinate to en E5?

At work everyone has been handling the whole situation without actually addressing it. One day I am performing duties traditionally assigned to junior officers, the next day I am being assigned duties traditionally performed by an EM. Also, upon commissioning, I will return to my full time job as a team leader.

Also, If anyone has any specific references, that would be GREATLY appreciated. Standard OCS references do not address the details of this situation.

United States Officer Candidates exist in a grey zone of seniority as they are technically rated above an E-9 and below an O-1 on the military pay scale. Officer Candidates, however, are typically trained by senior enlisted and, in the first few weeks of indoctrination, treated much the same as a new Recruit. The typical pay for a United States Officer Candidate is equal to an E-5 (E-6 for Army) on the enlisted pay scale. However, once commissioned as an Officer, former enlisted personnel are paid at the higher O-1E pay rate if they have at least four years of activy duty enlisted service; otherwise, they are paid at the standard O-1 rate.
