Default questions with reelistment code, etc.

I'm 22 years old, i completed Basic and AIT, was in for over 9 months. Honorable discharge, seperation code JFX and reentry code 3.

I was looking at getting into the national guard would it be possible?

Also I don't believe they have my MOS here, which is a 15S, from what i saw they got a lot of 15R, i can always ask a recruiter about that, and about the fact im going to school for 22 stright months and dont want to interrupt that.

Anyways, my main question is if i can join the national guard with the information above, if so i can find out the rest.

Default :) You can DO IT!. Re3 Re-Enlistment

When enlisting with an RE-Code of 3 you will require a waiver and it can take a great deal of time as well as require you to do alot of paperwork. National Guard will take RE Code 3's as well as Some Types of 4's, depending on what kind of discharge you have as well as what the narrative of discharge states.

You can forget it, if it was due to medical reasons, such as psychological, or drug use, and also some other types of misconduct and criminal charges.

it is going to be about a year wait in order to get this waiver done as well but hang in there and you should be able to get it very soon.

hey I have the same sep code as you i'm just waitting on receiving a new copy of my dd-214 but from what my recruiters told me it will all depend on what is written in ur medical report and how it was written. he had told me, two words that will **** your chance apathy or suicide. and if those two words are bath in your medical report your pretty much shot out of the water.

I am curious about where you obtained the information on RE-4 reenlistment codes being waiverable. I am prior service Marine and have an RE-4 but I recieved an honorable discharge with normal Separation code of MBK1. Is there hope for me?
