I know that the NG will reimburse me for paid tuition in school. Will it cover my flight time as well? The flight time is not included in my tuition. It is a separate bill.

Federal Tuition Assistance covers flight school as well, but be advised there are caps -- 100% of tuition, up to $4500/fiscal year, up to $250/credit hour. Your state may have a state benefit, which will vary from other states.
