RE4 need help please reenlisting

In short, I have a RE4 I was ignorant about my actions and I want to make up for it. If you would like to help that would be greatly appraciated and I'll go farther into detail about my situation. One thing you should know is that, everyone has had problems getting my DD214. I've been through the VA/NARA about 7 times, when a call was made to Lewis (?) they said I had no exit date... does that mean I'm still in or awol? Everyone says a DD214 is needed for reenlistment but a recruiter nearly got me in without it. It fell through at the signature for a waiver because command was going on leave. That was the only problem, so I know its possible but I just need someone to help. Anything would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

DD form 149 can be used to apply to get your re code changed.
There is also a number available to call and get your 214 faxed to you- should take around 15 minutes or so (according the army reserve recruiter that i spoke to). I will have to find that number for you and post it back on here.
