    Default OCS completed, then what?

I was told when I joined that after OCS, if I decided being an officer wasn't my thing, I couls retain E6 and stay in as enlisted. Now I'm being told that I have to wear and be paid as an E4 even though it is in my service record that OCS was completed.

I tried to search for the info, but I find nothing on it. Does anyone know the regulation? I was not an 09S enlistment, I was envited to go to OCS. Any info would be great, thanks.

If you refuse to accept your commission, or if you do not complete OCS, then you will return to the rank you held prior to OCS, and finish your term of enlistment.
