It's been almost two years since I qualified with my weapon in BCT. Will I have to qualify with my weapon again before I can graduate AIT? If so, will that interfere with my classes?

in most ait you will not even be issued a weapon unless your combat arms i guess you may have to do a road march or two though

Really? I figured everyone was issued one but they just didn't carry it around all the time like in BCT.
In 42A Ait we got them issued a few times. On Saturdays you usually have field type training and one of them half the company marched with them there. The stations were then set up so the ones needing the weapons never had more then half the company on them. Then for our FTX we were told we would have them 24/7 the week prior to it and during the FTX. We saw other companies doing it. Ended up we only had them issued for the FTX and turned back in afterwards.
