Ok, well I guess I solved my own problem. Turns out that it was an allowance of some type and NOT my accrued leave. Checked my LES again out of curiousity and my leave payment was there....

Just contacted my recruiter and he seems to think that I was getting an allowance for meals, but was eating at the DFAC for free....so Uncle Sam took it back....
