Do I need to make sure a Certificate of Achievement is IPERM'd?

    Re: Certificate of Achievement

Will it have any relevance to the rest of your career? Is it reflected on another document (e.g., OER)? iPERMS is the archive for the stuff that matters to the Army, which is not necessarily all of the stuff that matters to you.

      Re: Certificate of Achievement

I have my previous COAs uploaded and archived. It is good to have your military documents uploaded to iPerms in case you lose the original due to whatever reason. COAs have been appearing automatically now on ERBs (that was uploaded prior in OMPF) for points.

If I ever become an NCO I think it would count as promotion points. So I guess it would be a good idea.
