  • AGR Positions

I just sent in packets for 3 different AGR positions in my state. All three are E-5 slots, two supply, and one HR. I'm about to graduate college with a bachelor's in May and I want very badly to work full-time for the guard. I'm a 92A (supply specialist) and am currently serving as the SAMS1-E operator during drill weekends. I've been an E-5 for about a year and a half. I have found that it's difficult to get answers about anything regarding AGR slots and just want to find out what I can from folks with experience on this site. Does every properly-completed and on-time packet get an interview? What to expect at the board? How long from the closing date does it usually take for them to schedule interviews? How much does an entry level E-5 AGR slot pay? What materials can I be studying to be ready for the board? Is there any chance in hell I get one of these positions? (I don't "know" any of the people that would be making the decision) Any relevant info about AGR greatly appreciated. THanks

Please tell me that this is not a serious question.
