The fire control repairer is primarily responsible for supervising and performing maintenance on combat vehicles, and infantry and artillery fire control systems and equipment.
ˇ Maintain and repair commanders weapon station/auxiliary sights, aiming circles, image transfer assemblies, quadrants, mount assemblies and fire control support equipment
ˇ Maintain and repair laser range finders, ballistic computers, laser observation devices, thermal imaging systems and telescopes
ˇ Perform battlefield damage assessment and repair
