Read that article about the outcome of the active duty colonel.

Civilians don't understand that Guard members under M-day status do not fall under the rules as active duty soldiers when it comes to the UCMJ.

    He is part-time correct?

Talk to a lawyer "anonymous". That is your best option than a military forum designed to help people join.

      Re: Fraudulent Enlistment

Let me reassure that I do NOT feel betrayed! My ex moved out and let our children with me, and NOW because he is in another relationship he "wants" custody? I feel threatened! Regardless of your opinion, he STILL fraudulently enlisted. I am seeking advice as to HOW I report such behavior. I also really appreciate the fact that he can walk out of his children and NOW that they are conveinent for him, that I am the low person in your book. Thankfully, your opinion of me does NOT matter to me! As I requested in my origenal post PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SNIDE REMARKS OR RUDE COMMENTS! I guess because he wears that uniform and obtained it in an illegal manner that's OK in your book! Good to know!
