    Im 17 and im thinking about joining the national guard and i need to lose some weight before i can join. what are good workouts i can do to get fit Please and Thank You

    Justin,

    To lose the desired weight you will need to start watching your caloric intake. A good app to use on your ipad or iPhone would be “myfitness”, you can log everything you eat to hit a targeted daily calorie intake goal.

    Not knowing what your current weight and health situation it is hard to recommend a workout regimen but I would suggest starting out with a good cardio workout at least 20 minutes a day four days a week and throw in some strength training on your off days.

    Diet + Exercise = Results
