    Hello
    I'm seeking information how I can get my body use to fitness habits I know what ever workout I plan to choose will not compare to the basic training I will under go but I at least want to start conditioning my body and getting into better habits to at least be up to par. I have been doing a lot of research and I keep getting start off light and work your way up I'm more so looking for a beginners weekly plan than I can pretty much do on my own

    Ex. First week how many push ups, sit ups, do I start walking to jogging to running?

    I'm a 23 year old female ( single parent)
    4"11 about 105-108 lbs-

    Workout regiments are really based on your own fitness level and abilities.

    Let's start off with the standards for your age group:

    Weight: 94#'s minimum to 125#'s maximum
    Push ups: 17 minimum to 46 maximum in 2 minutes
    Sit-ups: 50 minimum to 80 maximum in 2 minutes
    2 mile run: 15:36 minimum to 19:36 maximum allotted time

    You should assess yourself to see where you are physically. Once you have completed that, then you can form a workout plan that will focus on your areas of improvement while getting you better conditioned overall.

    Let us know the results so that we may offer guidance & suggestions on what to do.
