    I'm 24. What is the time frame for females to complete the 2 min pushup, situp. run etc? What's best way to be successful on you're pt to pass BCT for females.

    Disregard that last message (spam? why would you post your address???), there certainly is a standard. To get your 60% to pass AIT, you need to do 17 pushups, 50 situps, and sub-18:54 run.

    Look through the fitness forum on this website, there are lots of tips on how to build and maintain fitness.
