  • Couple Weight Loss Questions

    Hey, I have been researched the military lately, and I think that joining the Army National Guard would be amazing, but, I have a few problems.
    I currently weight 250 lb., and I am only 15 years old. What makes me feel even worse, I was skinny until about 3 years ago, and I would always work out, at least as much as a 12 year old could. The only reason I stopped was because I had fractured my ankle in several different locations, and I had to be off of it for about half a year. If you are actually still reading this, thank you so much. I was hoping somebody might have some good advice to losing weight. My ultimate goal is to join the Guard when I turn 17.
