    Hi Breanna, there are lots of diets out there but this is all I can tell you. You have to check your doctor because they're the one who knew how your body works. They could give you the corresponding diet depending on your body condition.

      Most people just end up either not getting enough exercise to receive any benefit, or get discouraged because the advice they followed was too intense. You need a personalized plan to reach your goals, and that's impossible to get with the amount of info you gave about yourself.

        Pick a diet you like from this list that works for you ( Just remember for the six pack look that's all diet because Spot reduction is a MYTH even though some will argue this )

        Don't bother training barefoot because the 2 mile run on the APFT you have to wear shoes and also do exercises that will strength the muscles in your lower body. Wall Squats, Calf Raises, Squats, and best of all One Leg Pistol Squats.
