  • Need help with schedule!

    Ive been doing some working out ounce in a while, but I really watn to workout what I really need to. Could anyone help me with a workout plan? Im a little weak on the push ups and situps. I can run two miles in a 14:40 or less sometimes. Can anybody help?

    I recommend you run and do your ab work on the sameday. Run in the morning and sit ups at night than the next day do your push ups Its up to you to do whatever you want though. Also make sure your diet is clean and healthy! You are what you eat after all.
