So, I've been speaking with a recruiter and when I went in to speak with him we did some measurements, turns out I'm 4% body fat over and they say the best way to lose it is to run. I have not ran in over 9 years, any advice on how to 'restart' with a beginner running plan? If it helps. i'm 6 foot 6, 280 LBs.
