ill start off by saying i used to be able to run 3 miles with ease and considering im just 17 i think i should be able to run farther. as of now i can run about 1 and1/4 miles, my time is dead 8:30. i keep trying to get it better but it just isnt working. i ship to basic in may but i want to blow the 2-2-2 away. i dont see that happening at this rate. of course the mile i run is mostly up hill but i hate making excuses for my self. i would be very grateful for any help.
