    I just enlisted, but I'll tell you I'm not in the best physical shape. When i first met my recruiter I was 248 pounds, that was in October, I was able to drop 35 pounds to 213. I am 20% body fat. I didn't notice how fat I was until I started the whole process. I worked out everyday, and watched my diet. My only problem is I have no one I can ask questions about what to eat, workouts, etc. I'm still in high school it's hard to balance work, school, and my college courses, plus working. I run a mile day (time: 7:33), do weight training, play some basket ball, and then go in the sauna a bit. I would like to be 190 when I ship for BCT (20120613). Are there any suggestions??
