    My ship date is may 29th. i am curious if anyone out there has advice to what i should do before i actually ship. i have a daily PT routine and i jog a mile also. is there anything else i could do to advance my physical capabilities? also i ship to ft.Sill. can anyone tell what basic training will be like there. all advice and oppinions will be greatly appreciated.

    Start drinking LOTS of water. It is going to be very hot and very windy very quickly once you get there. The wind doesn't help either. Its a hot wind.

      i live in oklahoma so i hope that it will give me a bit of an edge. is there anything you would recomend for me to get my time for the mile jog better? i clock it at 9mins and 5secs, i need it down to 8:30 right? also im trying to build more muscle mass. any hints on that?
