    I leave for BCT in 4 days and I can do probably a max of 40 pushups and like 50 sit-ups, are there any suggestions on what kinda workouts I should do for the next 4 days and the week before I actually arrive at basic, I'm really exited to go, I'm just afraid that i might fail the physical fittness tests. Also, I never learned how to swim when I was younger, is that going to affect anything during basic?

    For exercises, the best you can do is continue working on the pushups and sit ups. Also, not knowing how to swim will not affect you.

      Whens your ship date? I leave on the 19th of this month.
