I leave for BCT in 4 days and I can do probably a max of 40 pushups and like 50 sit-ups, are there any suggestions on what kinda workouts I should do for the next 4 days and the week before I actually arrive at basic, I'm really exited to go, I'm just afraid that i might fail the physical fittness tests. Also, I never learned how to swim when I was younger, is that going to affect anything during basic?
