  • Help with a waiver.

I would really appreciate some information regarding the infamous RE-4 discharge. I've read everything from success stories to horror stories and I just want a chance back in.

I received a uncharacterized (entry level separapation), JDT from the Navy back in 2008.

I'm willing to relocate anywhere that would let me back in. I'm serious about my intentions. Please, someone help me out.

HA HA HA HERE WE GO AGAIN.......SAME OLD STUFF AGAIN......

Brother, I don't think you will be getting in anytime soon.

You are on the right track finding a state that would take a RE4.

Have you gone and spoken with a recuiter?

*Failure to meet standard for retention

You would have to prove you no longer fail to meet standards for retention.

I spoke with a recruiter who, let's say, was not very professional in his approach. However his professionalism is not the subject here. I'd like to speak with a recruiter who can give the right information about my specific situation.

If someone can fix me with a good one, I'd be more than thankful.

Last guidance from the national guard bureau is that no RE-4 waiver are authorized. No exceptions to policy authorized

I understand you wanting to keep your hopes high. But no one can point you to a recruiter that can help you because at this point in time there is no recruiter that can help you.

Someday, you may qualify again. Keep your hopes up. Do something as you wait.

                  Just do your research.

Don't ask me. I love people with RE4's, but I get tired of repeating myself.

                  You are very much welcomed.

                  DO YOUR RESEARCH HINT

I had a great post called, "What to do if you have a RE4," but people downgraded it from a 5 star to 3 star post, so I erased it.

It had over 50,000 views. WOW. To bad people couldn't see the sheer brilliance of the post.
